These terms apply to every reservation and visit at Avenelle. Please read them before confirming your stay.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team. Rates are shown per room per night and include breakfast unless stated otherwise.

Deposits & payment

A deposit may be requested to secure your stay. The remaining balance is settled on departure unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are refunded in full. Later cancellations may be charged up to the first night of the stay.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

During your stay

We ask guests to respect the quiet of the estate and the comfort of others. Avenelle is a non-smoking property indoors.

Liability

Avenelle is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law. A safe is available in every room.
